My path hasn't been a straight line. I've made my home on both coasts and in Tokyo, traveled extensively through Asia and Europe, and met my husband along the way on Captiva Island, Florida. For years I worked in the music and entertainment industry, where I learned to create flawless, behind-the-scenes moments for rock stars, celebrities, and people the world recognizes — the kind of seamless, one-of-a-kind experiences you can't simply book. But through all of it, my true love has stayed the same: the South — from the high country of the Appalachians to the tip of the Keys — its food, its manners, and its unhurried way of making people feel at home.
